By downloading, installing, or using the MassLoader Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
2. Permitted Use
MassLoader may only be used to download content that you have lawful access to, including:
- Content from OnlyFans creators you actively subscribe to
- Pay-per-view or purchased content that you have paid for and unlocked
- Content from your own OnlyFans account
You must comply with OnlyFans' Terms of Service and all applicable laws when using the Extension.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Extension to:
- Download content you do not have permission to access
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly share downloaded content without the creator's explicit consent
- Circumvent any paywall or access restriction
- Use downloaded content for commercial purposes without authorization
- Violate any applicable copyright, privacy, or intellectual property law
4. Intellectual Property
Content downloaded via the Extension remains the intellectual property of the original creator. MassLoader does not grant any license to redistribute or commercially exploit downloaded content.
5. Pro Subscriptions
Pro features are available via Paddle subscription. Subscriptions are subject to Paddle's terms and payment policies. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all browser versions. Use at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extensionkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
